Great staff attitude, always welcoming and helpful with any queries. Perfectly located close to all the shops and attractions, making exploring the city very easy. the food offered in the restaurant was delicious, offering a blend of local and international cuisine.

As a frequent traveler, I believe that the maintenance of the hotel is fundamental. It was a little disheartening to see areas of the hotel, such as the swinging glass door in the passage toward the rooms, not being taken care of properly.

The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and neat, with comfortable beds. the location was convenient for accessing the restaurant, but the restaurant service and food quality were disappointing. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay with its usual standard upheld. the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained, and the room had a good Wi-Fi connection.

The swinging glass door in the passage towards the rooms looked like it was in need of repair, leaving a negative impression.
